DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
Visited 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time I have left without food, generally after a massive wait. Twice they had 'run out' of the food I'd ordered and the final straw this today. After queueing for nearly an hour behind 5, yes 5, other customers the staff got my order completely wrong. It was for 1 meatball sandwich, straight from the menu, no alterations and it was made without the meatballs!
I for one will never go back and if you are hungry and in the area I would definitely advise going somewhere else.

Absolutely disgraceful! I have never been more upset and disappointed with a sandwich in my life. I walked in the store and the floor was covered in food and crumbs and napkins - disgusting. I asked for 3 different sandwiches before they were able to make what i asked for due to a massive shortage of food! Furthermore, paying for my meal was an absolute nightmare as it took forever and i didn't even get a receipt. And to top it all off, I now have food poisoning due to this sub. No surprises there. Will undoubtedly steer clear of this place and most other Subways..

Cannot express how disappointed I am at this place! How hard is it to make a sandwich!? They never have meatballs, even though I've been to other subways that can get them made in no time by microwaving them! So many times I've gone here and they've not got bread ready or have run out of chicken and other ingredients. Last few times I've gone here the staff are very depressed and miserable, appreciate it's a subway and probably not the nicest place to work, but it's not nice to get food from what feels like a hostile work environment. Going to make the effort to go to tonbridge now, just to avoid this place.

Nice subway but this one never seems to have meatballs marinara and music is always too loud to hear what they are saying and vice versa.

I go to this Subway all the time, and I'm always shocked by how lovely the staff are! Always friendly, polite, happy to help and make sure your order is exactly how you want it. The food is also consistently of high quality and very fresh, as well as sanitary as staff are always wearing gloves and will often change them. The only downside is there's often a shortage of a one or two items on the menu, but the girls working there appear genuinely remorseful if they have run out of anything, which I'm sure is no fault of their own. They are all hard working and clearly try to work together as efficiently as possible. Overall it is a lovely little store to stop in and I can guarantee the staff will be overtly kind and engaging and make you a very tasty sandwich just the way you want it.

Usually, I have no problems with this branch... but 11th Dec, its taken about 20-25 minutes to get from the door to a seat a the staff are so incredibly slow. 5 staff, only one appears to know what he's actually doing. Some were fairly rude and also dont listen to customers. My other half ordered a 6 inch but got given a footlong, but at this point couldn't be bothered to correct them... both of us had to give our salad order at least 3 times as they weren't paying attention... and rushed through paying even though it was their card reader that was too slow to respond... Not at all happy today. Wish I listened to my other half who suggested walking out after 10 minutes waiting in the queue......

Friendly staff and speedy service however the sandwiches were ice cold. Took one back to be warmed up and it was still very cold the second time. Didn’t want the hassle of going back a third time - perhaps the oven is broken? Disappointing when a sandwich like the meatball one is supposed to be hot.

Went in no masks being worn, long queue and when we starting talking about what we wanted to order, the loud mouth shouted at us 'no chicken' so that changed our order... the other girl couldn't handle separating ham, literally couldn't have took more time to make one sandwich. Then I was paying and they didn't have any change and the lady couldn't count.. not making this up, completely useless. Got home and the bread was as dry as that lady counting ability, and I hadn't got half of the salad I wanted.. just go get some plain bread and eat its better than what these are doing. no Joke.
