Seems like Subway have changed the veggie patty and made it vegan friendly? It was dry and had no flavour. Will not be going back.

One of lady working here is using very harsh words and if we say any complaints she is using wrong words....customer service is zero.... management should take action on this.

Every other order is missing stuff I've paid for. Very hit and miss. Buyer beware. Extra cheese? Guacamole? Nah, they'll just take the money.

Excellent outlet, attentive staff, very busy, lots of topping choices, caters for halal menu so will be trying more of subway sandwiches in future

I’ve been calling the restaurant for over an hour with no answer. Finally get through and the guy tells me it’s been delivered.. no chance. I have screen shots of it saying “driver at restaurant “ even now and 24 hour cameras if anyone needs proof.I Wasted my time and I want my money back now! £30 for two sandwiches! You would expect something amazing for that. Instead I get absolutely useless service. The guy didn’t care at all.. like talking to a robot

Never had any issues with this store before but went today for the christmas offer that gives you 6 inch sub on 250 points, clarified in the beginning but at the end the person asked me to pay and refused to redeem the points when i asked to call manager she said she is the manager she had communication issue and struggled with english. Anyhow please improve this issue and make sure your staff is able to understand the deals and especially english. The other lady understood the offer and agreed with me but the manager wasn’t agreeing. Please look into it for the future.

66 times of calling the shop to chase an order just to be told its been delivered when it hasnt! Our app is still saying driver at the restaurant so how can it of been delivered? Avoid! Shockingly poor customer service.

First time at this store, fantastic service by the girls who work there and did they best to accommodate me as I can be very picky. Will deffo come again.
