You can't beat a subway salad, tasty, delicious and able to have exactly what you want. The server was a bit slap dash, wasn't going to cut the meat up until asked and was a bit put out when we asked for more sweet chilli sauce

absolutely awful.placed an order through just eat for 2 tuna SALAD boxes and received the box with a dollop of tuna and the sauce chosen, Even that sent with no folks to eat with, why would you just send a SALAD box with tuna and not query to ring to see if it was right? i WOULDNT BE PAYING £13.00 plus for a dollop of tuna,, use your common sense in the future

Order never received through uber eats. Terrible communication with driver ended up hanging up. Said food was delivered at 17:04 not even got through to him till 17:12. Didn’t even know where he was going or couldn’t understand the postcode, didn’t give me a time or if he was coming at all. Ruined my work break and i haven’t been fed as i haven’t received my food. Awful

Staff communication poor. Lacking the ability to engage. Wearing disposable gloves however not changed between handling money then food. When asked to change their gloves the staff did, no hesitation and happy to do so. Tuna sub portion very small not full scoops. Food looked fresh. Plenty on display. Toilets clean.

I work hospitality, so I know what an unreasonable request/complaint is. Restaurant messed my order up (easy mistake, no big deal), but made me feel like it was my fault and that I was being a nuisance by asking for a fix. Then they got it wrong on the retry. Not cool - if I mess an order up I make sure I redo it properly because it’s somebody’s money that’s getting spent.

Every other time I’ve ordered from here, they’ve been fine, so I’ve added a second star to be fair.

Food comes out of oven sizzling hot. But then sits on ssteel counter uncovered going cold. The boxing up person then went in super slow motion to deal with just 1 customer who almost already checked out. Correct order, toppings done well, looking very miserable doesn't bother me. Going in comical painfull slow motion while my hot food is going cold - thats actually rude. Looking away while im trying to hand over money also rude. Not bothering to push the order to the customers so they have to reach down n under the counter shield right onto her side to get ur order is also rude.

Said they don’t do crispy onions anymore even when there is a sign behind the glass saying crispy onions as one of the extras! So they clearly do still do them as it is still on the menu.
Just think they couldn’t be bothered to go into the back to get more and lied to my face.
Incredibly rude.
