Pret A Manger

This is one of my favourite Pret. They serve a good white filter here and I love the fact that they always ask me if I want cold or hot milk. Some Prets don't ask and put cold milk.

The best prêt thanks to the incredible quality of service. The staff isn’t just efficient and professional; they are friendly and personable. Joanna especially! So kind and attentive, always remembering my preferences and thanks to whom I registered for a subscription. Such a good way to start the day !

shambolic service and beware of the macaroni cheese - huge chucks of cauliflower stalk in it; typical low quality of these chains. Only use it if there is no alternative open

Really genuine and decent staff great proximity to one of the World's greatest landmarks. 2 levels and a public convenience for customers.

Pret, always OK, rarely WOW. This one is no exception. Good location and place to sit before client meetings, tea is ok, food never excites but always fills a hole.

The staff here are polite, perhaps we shouldn’t ask for more. But give me an independent coffee shop any time.

Pathetic and disgusting customer service from a short, bulky woman with mousy brown hair. Can anyone put this individual to clean toilets and not interact with people? She has no people skills, and therefore she should not work facing customers, and I will write more in detail my complaint to the HR at Pret.
