Subway

Absolutely awful customer service here! We ordered drink refills with our subs and the machine wasn't working properly, no fizz what so ever! When I spoke to the manager he was rude and unhelpful. Said he checked the gas and there was no problem and no one else had complained so I had to put up with it! When I said I wanted my money back for the drinks he got angry with me in front of my children and shouted "Fine I will pay you out of my own pocket then" I obviously declined. Eventually after explaining that I hadn't received what I had paid for and that I would be complaining, I got my money back. Never come across such a rude manager!
Food was standard though.

we went in late on thursday & the man serving us was absolutely lovely! great service, and great food. definitely recommend:)

First time I had ordered from Subway. Ordered steak & cheese with extra bacon. Received a chicken salad one with no bacon. Staff won't answer the phone to complain. Won't order again

Absolutely awful service - unhelpful staff who stopped serving us to answer her phone - Subways that fall apart - never been to a Subway like it!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking quality of service!! Literally the last three times I’ve left after being told we are only offering cold sandwiches! It’s your job to warm them up. Why is the toaster always off?!? Spoken to many times rudely, in the past. Also the chav boyfriend who was waiting for his girlfriend just staring at me the whole time. Just wait else where I’m trying to order! I will never use this particular Subway ever again. Seriously the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever used!!

Awful unhelpful staff. Zero interest in the customer. Enjoyed some lovely loud conversations from all the staff members full of swearing whilst dining in. Some very "choice" conversations. Glad I didn't have my kids with me.

Probably the worst customer service ever experienced in a Subway. If I had not had my hungry children with me, I wouldn't have bothered. Even my pre-teen children said the attitude was appalling.
