Subway

Staff was throwing around my breakfast sandwich.
It's disgusting, totally put us off from food.
Also staff should warn the customers about the car parking charges(if you don't register use their machine in Subway, then you'll receive £100 fine) Otherwise no one will notice about small machine with small notice board standing near by cashier.
Totally not happy at all, I'll never ever go there again!!

I visited for a quick meal while working in the area for the day, staying at the Premier Inn over the road. I queued for a few minutes and saw a young man(with long hair) come back from his break. He walked straight in from outside, took his time putting his apron on etc. While stood right in front of the sink, then didn’t bother washing his hands before coming to serve me. I thought with how covid is that hand washing would have been great.

Decided to go to elsewhere.

They say on the website they’re open till 8:30,
They say on the door they’re open till 8:30 and at 8:15 the place is closed, cleaned, no one to be seen.

Ordered through just eat. Meat in salad not cut, completely wrong cheese and portions not worth a couple of quid. I wouldn't have paid for this if I was at the counter. Took advantage cause it was already paid for.

Great staff great food service was quick and efficient

When I entered there was about 5 people in the queue and 2 delivery drivers.

Took 20 minutes to get served, seemed the staff were looking after just eat orders before customers face to face.

Blonde lady seemed to be keeping the place in order and trying to get work done.
The girl with tattoos and glasses was asking her where things were and didn't seem to know how to do her job properly.

The 3rd staff member was doing the till and the salad... I asked for "a little bit of sweet onion" and she absolutely swamped my subway so I'm still wearing the sauce now

Why don't they make the just eat orders at a separate station out the back?

They only have 1 toasting oven then subway introduce cheese bites which has to be also done In the same oven slowing down the process even more.

Maybe invest in another 2 ovens so you can have one dedicated to cheese bites
The queue was almost at the entrance by the time I got out of there.
Worst subway I've ever been to.

Would give less than one star if allowed, with a child in tow I was told I was not allowed to sit in store and eat 45 mins before closing as it would encourage other people to sit down. Never heard anything so daft in my life. Didn’t have a full menu of fillings. All in all a dreadful experience and won’t be returning and encouraging others not too also.

Server was fine. Cashier was well below par. Slammed the sub down while looking at his colleague. Didn’t offer any extras, asked if I wanted a bag, checked to see if I’d put my car details into the car park system and wasn’t warm or friendly at all. Service here really depends on the team on shift. Normally 5 stars. But shocked and let down today
