Subway

very good. however very understaffed there was one poor man serving everyone and there didn’t appear to be anyone else on hand. however saying that he did very well, the service was very good. the restaurant was also super clean!

Not the first time i walked in to find no stafff waiting at the counter the staff seem to be inconvinenced by my custom.

I went on to ask for the olvies, jalapenos and onions toasted with the sandwich. The staff rejected my request so i left without my subway.

The staff are very rude that dont have proper hospitality etiquette.

The staff need to be fired asap before they ruin the business.
I am never coming back.
Wouldnt recommend woking subway to no one.

Not good , bad for subway standards. Staff were like zombies and no ham all halal turkey ham rubbish . Won't be returning

The dedicated people that work here are amazing! Outstanding customer service, listen well have a fast paced work ethic, get the job done and are extremely clean, i never feel grossed out by anything walking into this Subway. They always have everything down to the T.
I honestly think i have gone to this subway more than i have gone to all three mcdonalds in woking.

Food is good, what you would expect from subway. Morning staff do not care if you are there or not. Not blatantly rude like in other reviews but can take a while to be served and really don't want to work there.

Good sandwich, absolutely terrible service. We stood in the shop for a solid 5 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted before walking out to try ordering online for pick up. They seem to focus exclusively on delivery or pick up orders. I won't go into the shop again but might order for delivery.

Terrible absolutely terrible customer service, stood there for atleast 5 minutes with no one else in the shop waiting not just to be served but to even have my existance acknowledged which didn't happen from the 2 people working there. Decided I was clearly never going to be served or acknowledged anytime soon never mind geting a sorry we will be with you in a minute so I left and took my business to Mcdonalds instead and I won't be back to subway.
