Pret A Manger

I would give it a higher rating if only I could have reached a sandwich from my wheelchair. Unfortunately the placement of these crates prevented me from gaining access to the food from my wheelchair.

Sure, I could have asked someone to help me, but that's not how access for all is supposed to work.

I’m giving this feedback on behalf of my girlfriend who does not have a google-account.

Terrible quality of the food - the avocados in the sandwich was already black, the whole sandwich had zero taste. She loves Pret a manger and eats there a lot (in the US) ... but obviously this restaurant does not meet the standards.

I had their miso chicken salad bowl. I really enjoyed it. A healthy option at a reasonable price. I also had their acai and almond butter bowl - so good. The ladies serving at the counter today were friendly and provided good service. Only thing is you may struggle to find seats to eat here as it has very limited seating.

I was served by a light skin lady this Saturday , super kind and helpful and very friendly as well ! The service was amazing I will rate it a 10/10 ! I bought a cappuccino and a croissant ! The croissant was warm and tasty and it was the best cappuccino I ever had in Pret so far! I will recommend Pret to anyone.

It’s supposed to open at midday on a Sunday. However, we were told at midday that it would be at least another twenty minutes before they opened. Not helpful when you have to get a flight!!

Worst Pret ever, working hours need to be updated or respected as it's 11:30 am on a Saturday, on Google maps it's close at 12 and guess what... it looks closed for more then an hour now. It's not the first time that it happens,even on weekdays is the same .1 hr till it's says it will close, get there and already closed.

Airport check-in opens at 04:40.
Security opens at 05:15.

There are a lot of people waiting but Pret won't even let you use their chairs before they open at 05:30 after all these people have gone. Missed opportunity?
