Subway

We started going to Subway again once the app was introduced and we could order ahead, because I really don't like the pressure of trying to order as we go along the line. But 2 out of 3 times we've ordered from here and turned up to collect and the staff have been completely unaware of our order and made us go through the queue anyway. Similar reason given each time "oh the WiFi has been down earlier". Also the app lets you order things that they don't have in stock.

Once you actually get the foord it's pretty good, up to usual Subway standard.

TLC and Meatless meatballs are the most convincing meat alternatives I have come across
I opted for the vegan range as I wanted something meaty but halal. It's so convincing!

Always clean and tidy in here and the staff are friendly and quick. It's handy that it has a car park too as its on the A59 and the road can be pretty busy round here.

Nipped for a treat for me and my girlfriend.. and the attitude of staff was disgusting and overall appalling! I'm not one to complain but right from the off when I was giving my order it was although I was asking the young woman behind the till a massive favour, she kept walking off whilst i was giving my order laughing with colleagues and being very blunt, I hadn't even got to the salad part and the lad at the till persisted multiple times what side orders and drinks I needed, very very disorganised! My girlfriends sandwich hadn't been cut and my drink cconsisted of 5% Pepsi and 95% water, all for the food to come to £20 stay as far away as possible from this specific store to avoid disappointment

A haven for teenagers, it's a really nice new store, unfortunately close to multiple schools so it ends up being the local hangout for them. They're all poorly behaved, the staff didn't seem to care or want the hassle of challenging them, one group was throwing food across other tables at another group.

I love coming here. Always service with a smile, all of the staff are lovely at whatever time of day you go in.
Great customer service too! I came in the other day for my lunch and everyone was happy, smiling and laughing even though it was very busy which is great to see. I come here regularly and would recommend this Subway to everyone! The best one in Preston!

Honestly gets worse every time I visit here, staff just can't manage at all. The state of one of the sandwiches on my order today was shameful and when pointing this out I had 3 gormless faces looking back at me like I was the problem. I think the whole staff need to be trained in the basics of the job and how to manage when more than 1 customer enters the shop. I really don't think I'll go here again as it's not worth the disappointment.
