Subway

A BMT should be 6 slices of each meat for a foot long I got 4 ham and 5 each of the other 2 and the salad was put on very sparingly. I would avoid this Subway and go to the one in town or anywhere other than this one.

Terrible customer service, they don't know how to make a sandwich, I asked for 2 sauces, they didn't have one of them so they proceeded to just put more of the other one without asking me for an alternative or anything and left me with a soggy subway with the sauce dripping all over my arm, and salad falling out. Waited 5 mins for someone to come serve me even though they were stood right there. Unhygienic, the woman gave me cookies without wearing any gloves.

Staff was not in and the place was empty. I later found her in the next shop chatting with friends. I recognised her with her uniform and told her to go back to her post to sell for me.

Absolutely terrible
Bread was dry
Why ask me if I wanted it toasted then say can't anyway as machine faulty
Lady serving had no customer relations skills and I couldn't hear her from loud music
Will not use shop in future

There never seems to be enough staff here to get orders done for collection and for the people in the store.

Service was fine. But the food was disappointing. Ordered 3 snacks and only 1 was reasonably worth it - the nachos chicken bites. Soggy, but hot and tasty. The steak and cheese toaster bite wasn't toasted, and barely any cheese, but the potato 'crispers' are what made me write this review. Not crispy at all. In fact, they're just microwaved potato slices. Soggy, floppy and nothing like the advert would have you believe.

Food was absolutely fine. Very slow service. Took nearly 30 minutes to be served and there was only 2 people in front ordering 1 sub each. For such a key position it is very disappointing.

Loud music that does not work properly theough speakers , lady behind counter could not hear order.asked for a little bit of mayonaise on sandwich and she put on loads, literally ruined the sandwich. Veggie patty sub was cold and cheese not toasted. 1 star given foe location. Inside service needs improving.
