Subway

Used this device twice now. I've just waited over 2 and a half hours for a small order of 3 subways spoke to them twice on the phone with the answer of its on the way to me. When the driver finally arrived he had absolutely shocking attitude. Simply asking if the food was going to be cold with the response 'well obviously' had to the speak with another person on the phone because of such a rude delivery boy no apology nothing just looked as if I was stupid for asking the question. He said they were busy but 2 and a half hours is ridiculous when its states 60 minutes and for it to be cold is outrageous. The only helpful person was the chap on the last phone call which he actually offered to make fresh food for us and had to apologise over such a rude driver.

Food is great but delivery drivers are shocking. One of your ‘qualified drivers’ have just decided to go about 30mph in a school car park with a 10mph limit and didn’t look twice to see cars around them so have just put the life of 3 17/18 year old girls at risk. Don’t know the exact number plate but sure it was DX63, smart car!!😐😐

Ordered online, was told I would get a confirmation email, but didn't, so tried to phone just in case but couldn't get through after multiple calls. When the order arrived the toasted sub was cold. I didn't get the cookies I ordered and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes for them (but they didn't come back).

Never had any problems in store but cannot recommend delivery.

The customer service was outstanding. The food was up to standard and the welcome we received was excellent. Very big thank you for our meal❤️

As a Subway close to my office, I do enjoy the service and food. As service with a smile.

Friendly staff who work on your food as fast as a formula one pit crew team.
Cash machine close by, sunbeds and disabled parking.
Would have given 5 stars but they had no diet coke in the machine.

We love subways by us in Beacon's side, so we decided to go her before night shift. Wow, let me tell you how food was everywhere like a mess. It should be neat in their containers but was messy all around. Blond hair lady with accent was rude was rushing us, and when it came to add vegetables to our sandwiches, she was very stingy with it. Not familiar with the recipe at all. Why should we pay more for less .Then, she was rude to her own co-worker by telling him that she shouldn't tell him what to do as he should know by now. I don't think she should have done that in front of the customers. Yes, we won't be coming back here for sure. Pigs even have cleaner eating areas than what we saw tonight. My partner even said no; we won't be eating here anymore
