Subway

It’s ridiculous. Placing an order, saying it will be delivered in next 20- 30 min and silence. Calling to subway and they don’t even have an idea about an order. Great customer service.

Ordered through just eat and they said they'd delivered my order when they hadn't so rang the shop and spoke to Charlie the manager, the girl deserves a medal delivered me my order herself also adding extras. Goes above and beyond for customers lovely girl!!!

Sandwiches were great. The service was really slow though, prioritising online orders over customers face to face. A few people walked out as it took too long when I went a few weeks ago.

Seriously? I appreciate may run out of items sometimes...but no need to be rude on the phone and hang up when I called to query it. Pretty disappointing really. Also...where is the other half of the sandwich?

We ordered 2 footlongs toasted and with extras, and that's what we receive... Just eat said they send correct order to Subway im Subway some very rude lady said its our fault and "they do what they see". Im asking why they charge for extra cheese then if we dont get any the aswer is "no you dont pay" yes we did. Food comes Frozen as well. Worst customer service, rude lady on phone, missing items and ice cold food that's how woodhouse Subway works! Absolutely horrible

The food was fine although we wanted meal deals and they only had salt and vinegar crisps.

The problem was the rude owner/franchisee wanting to talk there and then to the poor girl serving us . He expected her to drop what she was doing to follow him into the kitchen.

She carried on making the sans as he went into the kitchen and was pacing about and stirring through at her aggressively.

Definitely puts us off going back

Really Friendly staff. Being renovated at the moment so should be a lot nicer in the coming weeks. Only reason for 4 stars is that they haven't quite got the flow right with managing online orders, so being there in person takes a little longer at rush hour times. Maybe just stay home and order if you can.

Lovely staff, great friendly service, would be 5* if the steak wasn't bad with a few inedible bits in it but can't fault them for that.
