Subway

Very nice and well layed out in the petrol station with anything extra you need around you as in the store.
They only had one member of staff and there was a long wait however i am not sure if that was a one of on but i have been starting to notice with all subways they open up in the morning but nothing is ready.
Surely this is not correct, you dont expect to walk into McDonald's in the morning to be told no egg mcmuffins because the bread is not ready it just wouldnt happen.
So if you open a store at 8 everything should be jet set at that time maybe thats something subway need to revaluate.

If I could give no stars, I would. Visited on 21 June and had to wait for the exceptionally rude woman behind the counter to bother finishing her phone call. She was marching up and down the serving area trying to look busy and then eventually took to staring at me while going on and on and on with her phone call. When she decided to serve me, I got no apology. No greeting. Just asked "what do you want?". I was angry and demonstrated that I can be rude too, which I dutifully did. Bought two meals, both sub breads were tough, the foot long steak one had half the amount of filling it should have, the foot long meatball one two fewer meatballs than it should and all were placed in the middle meaning either end was just bread. Just about this place and head to one of the other many Subways within minutes of here.

Staff are slow. Have to repeat your order 3to4 times. The subs are thrown together without any care. Fillings are usually wrong. This is my local subway and use it often this review is not written on one visit but my experience as a regular visitor.

salad is always rotten always puts me off i’ve given up on the convenience now

Poor food quality. Ordered as delivery, nacho's came with barely any topping. Nacho Chicken bites and the nachos were stale.

My whole order was wrong I got no cheese and it wasn’t toasted
Ordered 2 Pepsi cherry- only 1 come and it was raspberry
And the cookie was wrong
I don’t no how you managed to mess up so much but I think the manger of the place need to retrain there team or find a new job 👍

Lone female worker, was more concerned with making 5 or 6 "random" orders (no one else waiting except me!) than to even acknowledge me, let alone take my order!
After 10 minutes left and went to McDonald's 1 mile away further down A30!

I would love to see Subway employing people with more than two brain cells.
Oredered on uber eats. Half of the order missing, basically zero meat on the sandwich.
Now have to mess about with uber to get my money back, all this because a person working there, can't follow simple instructions.
