Me and my family we love it there. Staff are very friendly. They make sure everything is good for you be4 they serve you food.

The place is always tidy and representable.
Price is reasonable.
Service is good.
Seating area available.

There are no toilets available for the customers.
Parking you have to be lucky.

Other food shop ate nearby as well as a dessert place. Barclays bank is also nearby. Bustops are nearby.

It is very local to me and convenient but when I went in to order foot long meat balls, the guy who was serving me was really rude.
The way he was talking to me felt like he didn't want to serve me. Maybe he was having a bad day.

They really need to clean their food prep area more regularly. Seeing food scraps everywhere is pretty disgusting. I also don't understand why, when their menu says 'peppered cheese', they gave me Vegan cheese.

They refused to accept my promotional voucher despite being nominally a participating store. I contacted Subway about it and they didn't seem to care. I will ty to find alternatives to Subway from now on.

Bad hygiene... No hair nets worn to cover beards. Around open food that is a serious breach.

Nothing wrong with the food, but the staff and experience here is just rude and awful

Great subway chain! I occasionally come here after work to get a snack or meal, and they have, by far, the cleanest subway shop and kindest staff; quick and friendly service, wholeheartedly recommend. I made a particular large order today and got a free cookie as well! This one is better than the Mile End/Stepney Green ones; will definitely be one of my regulars. Thank you! :)

Not participating in rewards despite their address on the flyer I recieved at home and the website listing this franchise as one of the participating restaurants.
Plus one star because jokes on me for enjoying subway
