Food rubbish staff rude and unpleasant. That aside the fact that they blocked acess to a stray cat that had given birth to kittens so that the kittens passed away makes my blood boil. Whilst I can appreciate that for a food outlet this is not good there are many ways of dealing with the problem without causing death.

Friendly staff, although a bit hit and miss suggesting offers. One time they offered me 2x foot long with drink and snack for £10 but last time the deal wasn't offered and the sandwiches alone were over £11.
Just make sure you know about or ask about the deals before you pay.

Only putting one star as it won't allow me to put zero. Honestly, the Arnold store has put me off of ordering subway ever again. Staff were less than hopeless, plus there was one in particular whose attitude absolutely stank. They had run out of most meats and breads by 3pm on a Saturday and their customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Useless bunch of absolute idiots who should never have been put into contact with the general public. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy paying £10 to feel bitterly disappointed.

Decent service from friendly staff. Enjoyed my meal in comfort. Could have done with a little quicker cleaning up after previous customers.

Called in here for lunch while looking at cars with my daughter. Small shop. Staff are fast, effecient and polite. Great service, food was spot on, very short wait. There are toilets here, limited seating but nicely laid out.

We would happily go here again. 👍😀

My sandwich was super dry, cheese tasted like metal and they didn't even listen to my order. Normally love Subway but not at this place. Only thing nice was the drink and cookie.

nobody knew what to do. one member of staff was clearly brand new and had no training bet seemed to have been chucked in at the deep end. the other member of staff just apologised and stuck to the till which she said she wasn't familiar with! had the garlic bread and it was more like a garlic butter with a hint of crushed bread! shop has been going downhill for quite a while now.

Waited for 10 mins but ended up walking out very very slow service 1 girl was serving at a snails pace and the other was swanning about in the back. The lady in front of me in the queue said she had been there for 20 mins so I just gave up. People only have 30 mins for lunch! Would avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
