Food is freshly made plenty of filling may be a bit slow if in a rush

Very rude man serving. I was next in the queue and he served somebody behind me. When she pointed out that I was first he totally ignored the fact and carried on serving her. I think she may have been embarrassed as she explained to me that she was a regular who had been there every day for the past 18 months. I dont think this an excuse. I visited shop quite often but in future will take my business elsewhere.

Brought a trifle in plastic tub today 6/2/2020. At 10.45 am opened it at 4.30 pm after being in fridge since I brought it home it was disgusting! Cream was off, it made me fisickly sick I will bring it back tomorrow.

As gourmet as working person's food can get, absolute value and quality to boot, top drawer, keep up the good fight

Fantastic food always prepared well and fresh as it comes and lovely friendly service

Sandwiches are lovely and the soups also gorgeous especially the broccoli and stilton
