Not a good branch surely.
The employee doesn't want to put enough sauces in your Sub.
Obviously the Sub will not taste good if the sauce is not enough.

Asked multiple times to add sauce but the lady added just a small bit. And I had to eat a dry 6 inch Sub that day.

The other branches like one on Clare road are too good with making your Sub.

Probably the worst subway experience I've ever had, bread was substituted with out even letting me know. the bread was STALE and was extremely small, didn't even fit the patty. Subway pride themselves in calling their staff sandwich artists, not to sure that it applies to this particular branch.

Had a lovely chicken salad and plenty of it will come here next time rather than Barry as the food always looks past it

There's only one subway station in the town so you can't actually go anywhere on the subway

Bought the kids the mini bites £1.25 each one piece of cheese in the cheese bite will not be buying again as there no point paying for such rubbish subway please give vale for money

The food was adequate, I have no complaints about that, but if I ask for a footlong, but all you've got is 2 six inchers, please at least have the courtesy to tell me about that. Your staff seemed completely disinterested and feckless. One member of staff asked me the same question four times ie "Is that everything ?". And then the person who put my food together asked me the same question. Also, none of your staff wore facemasks. Sort it out. You, as a franchise owner, should know that the staff you employ are doing your business no favours at all. Train them better please, not only for the sake of your franchise, but also to help them to be better as future business owners. Everyone has great potential, it is up to you to help these young people to realise that. Please do better.

Do not order here for a delivery, you will not get what you ordered and will not get a new one sent out. If you want a correct order, I suggest going in person and watching over exactly what is being done and correcting. I don't understand why it's hard to follow an order on an Uber eats receipt when it literally lists the items wanted but whatever, youve lost a regular customer now
