Subway

Went there late one night and managed to get a parking close by. Happy that the full menu was halal. I have avoided Subway like the plague, but was pleased to find that the sandwiches tasted nice and flavourful compared to years ago when I used to find that everything tasted about the same whether it was chicken or beef. One negative note however, was that the customer behind me had his sandwich heated before mine and consequently had it ready before mine!!

Great staff, food and location. My local Subway and the team here never disappoint. Young lad always goes out of his way to make your experience spot on and find the best deals. Thank you Subway Team on Clare Road (Cardiff)

Went there today the food is ok the service I had today from the male staff his customer service skills are very bad no greeting just rude also the food has no flavour in it they were bland

Staffs are so unprofessional and rude.
I wanted a sandwich with stake and c.tikka, and there was a hijabi short girl saying "we dont have this option to calculate two different toppings in a sandwich. Then I tried to help her saying she can do that by selecting "add meat" option as I worked on subway for 3 years before bit she refused my order with a rude attitude. Finding no other way i hat to choose a one single topping.

First time trying subway and it was really good.
The good thing about this is that it was Halal.
This meant that I have a better selection of different toppings for my sandwich.

As usual, everything is always stocked and the prices are great, however, the atmosphere feels very sticky and is not a nice place to eat in. The service is good and they never mess up my order. The Subway app makes ordering here really easy, this is also one of the few Halal Subways in South Wales

Not overly impressed with this Subway, were a bit stingy with the amount (both in meat and salad) in the sandwich and only told us we couldn't pay with our points after the food was already in the oven. Normally annoying not the biggest deal but when pay day hasn't arrived yet and the whole reason we chose to go was because of the points we'd kept on hand for a rainy day/more skint time the last thing you want to deal with is not being able to use what's a normal service. Won't make the mistake of not checking again, first and last time that's happening.

Great Halal Outlet of Subway, the only Halal subway in Grangetown Area I guess... The only drawback was there's no discount for students, which is abit of an injustice as mostly people buying it are students.
