Subway

Great food, quick service and caring staff.
When I was in there a elderly lady (around 85) walked in and was greeted by one of the members of staff with a polite hello. The worker then proceeded to ask if she wanted her usual. After agreeing, the member of staff went of to make her hash browns with sweet onion sauce and hot chocolate. The worker asked if the lady wanted chocolate sprinkles and she replied excitedly "oh, Yes please". All this without the elderly lady having to get up from her table. The food was then brought to her where she thoughr ally enjoyed it.

The food is generally very good but the last visit we were served by a man who was very pleasant but seemed somewhat rushed, it was during the school holiday and the shop was full we with a queue and he rushing the food preperation, as he was placing the chicken on the roll, some of it was falling off, not to be replaced with more chicken? Considering the prices charged for subway food(which I find incredibly expensive) I think a little more thought and care should be taken with the preperation, I am a grand mother with two grandchildren, both of whom enjoy the 12" italian roll with chicken cucumber and sweetcorn! I think that they are expensive and as a pensioner I still want to treat my grandchildren, Voucher,s offering cheaper prices / offers would be appreciated by people like myself on low income. PLease consider!

Was going to order for my autistic son a treat for subway in Ammanford did not mind waiting 15 minutes in they shop but when the staff was Rude to the customers that was it for me not asking the customers how can we help you they say what you want take for ever to be Served then I had the wrong order and was spending like £17 never again
