Subway

Absolutely awful service the last two days!!! Being charged for a full for a veggie salad but getting a child's portion..... when asking for more was snapped at and told they are the portions for a 6inch Sub ( what 2 slices of peppers, 2 cucumber 3 slices of onions and a pinch of cheese ( at extra cost) and a hand full of lettuce..... Staff have no customer service skills, attitude stinks and couldnt crack a smile if they tried. "Well done Subway you managed to find the worst people possible to work at you branch"

Went to the one in morriston hospital as you can imagine quite a busy served by a very nice young lady could not have been more helpful only real complaint was the tomatoes looked as if they had been left somewhere warm they were wet on the turn although I would recommend it ok place would go back it been my experience to have to say some staff are exceptional one or two.are just rude

The food is fine but the service ca be abysmal here. The staff can either be a little rude and sharp or if they are polite they’re not very good at actually doing the job.

Food was good but don't except vouchers so if have any and wish to use them better to go to a different one

Consistent good food, clean and very friendly staff, perfect for when you just need that foot long!!

No complaints at all about cleanliness, food quality or service from this busy Subway.

Quick be friendly surface. Impressed by the hygiene levels shown, at least behind the counter. Sub was above average to good with all salad components fresh and zingy. Plenty of milk offered with tea. Overall a very positive experience and one that is much higher than most subways. Well done.
