Dear Romi,
Thank you for your reply. For clarity of other readers let me explain. On the date of the bank statement showing the amount paid to you on my debit card I purchased...
1 Blazer
1 School tie
2 pairs of trousers.
I brought back to the store 2 pairs of trousers both of which were faulty. I have no issue with the blazer or tie that I purchased. BOTH the trousers are faulty - 1 has a broken zip and poorly stitched hem, the 2ns pair the stitching has gone completely and the hem has fallen down. All i requested was an exchange, and that is my legal right.
I did not want to purchase anything further based on your comments that you would have to contact your supplier as I saw this as a tactic not to either exchange or refund.
So your facts are wrong as I brought both pairs back and not only is the sale of the items recorded electronically on your till, the guy on the till also hand writes the itemised sale so please do not make any inference that the sale was not genuine.
I am happy to load photo's on to this thread to demonstrate or better still to email, I am also will to remove the review if I can just get a decent quality of pants that I paid for

In response to your comment, yes my review is negative to reflect my experience at your store I however have no malicious intent, although the same cannot be said for yourselves. You think it is acceptable to threaten a customer calling them ‘a dead man’.
The ‘challenging staff’ was simply asking about the price of an item. Your staff are those who lack decorum and thought it was okay to raise their voice at me and become aggressive while I was with my young sister and my parent. Not only did they hear this but also a long line of awaiting customers.
Regardless of this I gave you the benefit of the doubt and mistakenly placed an order for items which I was told would take a ‘few days to arrive’. After a week of waiting without any information I attended the store. Again your staff were disrespectful, seeming to be a common theme within the store. Having seen that some packages had arrived I was eventually told I would receive an alert before 2pm for the item we had purchase. Your incompetence meant this was another false claim.
When I came to collect the deposit with my brother who you referred to as the ‘dead man’ your staff threatened, raised voices and caused a commotion. No threatening was done on our, I think as well as manners you also have issues with honesty. Feel free to check your cctv, you are the ones showing malice and disgusting behaviour. I am informing the public of my experience, feel free to bring forward anymore false claims or individuals who highlighted ‘disgust’ in our behaviour.
Please learn to communicate with your customers with respect and honesty before you lie.
Just hoping I get the same experience tomorrow when I have to go again, at this dreaded time of year
Cherry on the cake: They will badmouth you in their own language. What they didn't realise is that I can speak it too.
Wouldn't step foot in this 'shopping centre' again if it was the last place on Earth
It's very disgusting and they do treating customer aswell. All there staff are families member. I request School Authorities should not send the customer to there shop.
Even they are not eligible to one star.
