Very good value and good condition second hand furniture for people on benefits. Cheap delivery as well

A brilliant idea and fantastic shop and concept to help community. However today I met perhaps the one of the most unhelpful staff members, with my presence just annoying him. Brought a brand new Ikea wardrobe to donate to shop and was told do I have to l? As he was busy sitting in the office and didn't want to move or anything. I had the wardrobe outside to bring in and he said he wasn't interested and as the only person in the shop he couldn't come to the front door to even look at the wardrobe which was at the door! I had someone with me to move it. I was made to feel unwelcome and that I shouldn't be bothering him. Not the best customer service. A really shame as I am sure that this isn't the case normally but was so amazed by bad attitude and rudeness I had to put up a review.

Brilliant place to get furniture bargains, especially if you are on a low income or state benefits prices are exceptional even when there's not a sale on. Staff are a friendly lot & help as much as they can?

Fantastic if you are on benefits and just starting up your home.

Called last Saturday as it says open 9 til 4pm on website, only to find it only open Monday to Fridays. Can't see on website what they have on offer, which would be a good idea.
