Burnt Oak store.
Absolutely disgusting. The manager is very unfriendly. The prices are huge for absolutely any item. The products are displayed without prices, these being decided at the till. I wanted to buy a jacket which cost £5 but at the till she refused to take it as she thought the correct price would be £8. Nothing to do with charity, it's just a place where you get ripped off. For this reason, no one buys anything from this store anymore. Shame!

Was very disappointed by the staffs attitude when I went to make a purchase this Friday. I found an item Tagged with a Price. When I went to the Till the Lady realised the Tag had fallen off. I told her and the Gentleman the price that was displayed whilst my friend went over to look for the Tag. I was abruptly met with a "NO" "We can give it to you at this price". I informed her that the price it was advertised is what I should pay and again was met with "This is a Charity, You know". You could see where the Tag had come off the item and my Friend had retrieved the Tag from the Floor. I explained that I always give to Charity as well as doing Food Collections to distribute in my Community and would never try to decieve them. This was met again with the Gentleman informing me "We are happy for you to Leave the shop". I was absolutely shocked at how I was spoken to and will make no further visits whilst these 2 people are working there. Charity, or not, that gives you no right to talk to any customer in a belittling manner. I think a Customer Services Course for all Volunteers should be made compulsory.

Oxfam Burnt Oak has fantastic, high quality clothing, accessories and homewares at affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with exclusive specialist knowledge of fashion, vintage and antiques. Most items, particularly the clothing are £3.00 and below. An online shop is also available for vintage, antique and exclusive designer items.

A humble little Oxfam shop, bargains to be found, unlike most other Oxfam branches. No prices on books, which is always annoying, as we don't want to feel like the price is being made up at the till.

It has always been good to but one incidence can not change how I feel supporting Oxfam the work you do to help others is bigger than 2 people misunderstanding each other. Of course I will be back. Keep up the good work 👏❤️
