Fitted and then later re-positioned our satellite dish after we had building work completed. Supplied and fitted a Sonos system with Q Acoustic in ceiling speakers. Very professional, helpful advice on AV options and recommendations etc. Installer super respectful of our home and very tidy work -no mess left & made sure that the place was left as he found it. Phil, Martyn and the team are very responsive. I have been a client for 7 years. Their initial quote was accurate and competitive. A nine camera cctv system with three month record time was installed and works brilliantly, sadly I can not say the same about BT internet which is a travesty.
The installation was quite complex, and the solution they found was the least invasive for the structure of the building, and very innovative. Everything was made good at the end and I am very happy with the solution.
On the odd occasion there have been problems, such as the internet router getting reset (BT issue), they fixed it removely for no charge.
In the guarantee period on a couple of occasions I needed help, and they came out within a couple of days and resolved the problems, always on time and no charge.
Naturally over the course of seven years hard drives that are working 24/7/365 do eventually die, a fact of life. The crew were out and resolving the problem swiftly, and the call out fee is less than a BT engineer would cost and considerably more reliable, with a guaranteed attendance.
On one visit they installed a wall mount for my son's computer screen for a very reasonable price.
They have never been late, and have never let me down. I am more than pleased that I found this company, and I recommend them to anyone unequivocally.
