Having been robbed four times in our previous home we were keen to get top security for our new home. Wickham Securities delivered as promised, no fuss or bother. They even suggested a more secure site for the safe. Top notch and very friendly team.

When we could not find a set of security keys all we needed to do was pop in the shop, explain our problem and it was no longer a problem.

I would like to recommend Paul Douglas from Wickham Security who has just got my security alarm up and running. It was previously installed by a company that has gone out of business and I got quotes from several companies, which seemed to vary widely in terms of cost and anticipated time the job would take; one was ludicrously high - almost as much as installing the original system, saying it would probably take 3-4 hours. Paul did the job in an hour and was helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Wickham Security saved my day. My front door key lock became faulty and the inside handle spring assembly fell apart which meant the door could not lock & posed a security issue I phoned the shop and made my way down to them before closing time. I purchased the spring assembly x 2 (Extra one just in case the other handle gives up one day!!)and Yale Cyclinder lock. All fitted perfectly. Thank you so much for a great service and within my budget too!!

I had a new burglar installed yesterday. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. I needed my burglar replaced as Wickham Security had installed it nearly 20 years ago. I was really happy with the contact at the showroom and the subsequent installation. Excellent engineer installed the new system. He was as very knowledgeable but also happy to explain the system. I have a dog and they tweaked the system to ensure she was free to move around the whole house. I was impressed as the burglar alarm is linked to my phone and also we have a remote control for the new system; I have always had my burglar serviced with Wickham Security. This is part of most people's insurance policy that your burglar alarm is serviced and you have an on-call provision. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Mike Kent

Got a battery replaced by west wickham for home security alarm. The Engineer told me the alarm is all tested. I trusted his words and didnt check myself at the time. Few days later i went out and alarm wont set. Followed up with the shop and engineer. Engineer was adamant that everything worked when he left and he would charge a callout and he was not prepare to check if he did a mistake or not. if he come and found out that it is genuine fault i would have paid the callout, But he was adamant he would charge anyway. Not happy with the attitude.
