Shaun has recently fitted a security system to our house. We found him incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He was able to advise us on the best system for our needs. He was very tidy, putting dust sheets down so as not to make a mess in our home. He took the time to explain how the system works and to make sure we were happy with everything before he left. The quality of Shaun’s work was first class. Shaun made it clear we could contact him with any questions or queries after he had left. I can’t fault the work done to instal our house alarm. Fitting the alarm was straightforward and very tidily done. The alarm worked as we had expected. Shaun was very upfront with a clear explanation of costs before any work was done. He also gave us a very clear demonstration of how it works which we found very helpful.

Shaun came right out after our call on a Sunday which was great as we were going on holiday and we had an alarm problem after the big storm Arwen. He fixed our problem very quickly and then changed two PIRs for dog friendly ones to accommodate our recently acquired rescue dog. He was efficient and competent in his knowledge and skill and more importantly a very pleasant man.
We were very happy with the work and will use him again and recommend him to others

Shaun came to remove an old alarm and install a new wireless system. There were some existing wiring issues with the old system that he had to sort but he didn't give up. He stayed until late to get the system up and running. He asked questions and gave advise throughout the install to make sure it was exactly as we wanted. The place was spotless when he finished and he gave a detailed tutorial on the new system. He text to ask if all ok afterwards and said if we had any questions just to call. Well happy.
