We found Alarm Maintenance to be a very friendly and professional company to deal with. Even though they didn't install our alarm they had no issues with regards attending to the system.

Brilliant response time and very reasonable rates. Would definitely use again. Also they do not have you sign up for a maintenance agreement - Just call them as you require. Happy Householder. Cambridgeshire.

Recently had an home alarm system installed after hearing of a few attempted break-ins in the area. I did not know much about the various home security options out there but the chap went through all the options very thoroughly with me. I did not feel at all pressured into going with this company after being given a free assessment and quote but in the end I am glad I chose them for the installation. Thanks again!

Thanks for coming out as I did not know who had installed the original alarm. Glad of the help getting of a hair-raising (or rather ear-piercing!) situation. Turned out to be just a small fault on an old alarm but your company was good enough to attend to it at what seemed like a busy time. Cheers to all in the office.

Awful company, awful and aggressive customer service. Blamed the change of my broken hub for the system not working. Would only put if right if I paid extra, even though I paid for annual maintenance. So much is "not included". Wish I had never heard of them.

We had our alarm installed (by someone else) about 7 yrs ago so it was well overdue a service. I called alarm maintenance to book a service as it had started to beep intermittently, it then became more frequent but Julie was able to bring the booking forward which we were very grateful for. It all works better than before and we have a clearer explanation of how to use it to suit our needs thanks to Darren.
Would highly recommend.
