Used them to fit alarm system in my house. They are a very professional company. The installer was very careful not to make a mess and they fitted it very quickly and it's all working fine.

Seriously good company. Excellent service, Very professional which is what you want from a security company. Had our house alarmed with them after a major renovation. Any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently and their office guys are always polite and great to deal with. Our office uses another local company for its security and i can tell you for a fact that AAI are infinity better then them and they quoted the same so win win.

We have had a house alarm installed for many years and in very good working order. It was installed and maintained by a sole trader who has provided a good service. In the last couple of years however he has gone away for 6 months and been unable to respond to anything other than emergency calls. We looked around for a reputable company to take over the maintenance and monitoring of our system. After writing off many of the national players for various reasons we came across AAI. The reviews looked good. We found someone who had an AAI installation and they were very complimentary. A short phone call led to a site visit by Andy. He exuded knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. He produced a very detailed specification and competitive quote. The engineers were punctual, polite and friendly. The job was completed on time according to schedule and thus far we have been very impressed with AAI and everyone we have thus far come into contact with. Hopefully this will be the start of a very good long-term partnership.
