I had a problem with my boiler. Howsons were very helpful, and sent an 'old style' plumbing engineer who was able to fix it, rather than simply install a new one. I'm very happy and grateful for good service - they went out of their way to help.

Our central heating system broke down at the weekend, but Howsons responded to our call, proposed a temporary solution....and here we are first thing Monday morning with an engineer armed with new pump and we're up and running. Fantastic service! Thank you!

Biomass boiler installed by friendly and hard working team clearly with plenty of experience. Worked hard to make sure we were satisfied and aware of support if required
