As a business user, I have continually gone back to this company as they provide reliable and friendly service. The work is always done quickly and they have provided good ongoing phone and email support.

Until the end of 2016 my alarm system was serviced and monitored by a well known national alarm company. Their service depreciated until it can only be described as appalling.
I contacted Welwyn Garden Alarms for their assistance. What a breath of fresh air !! Their point of contact is so friendly and professional. Within a day, a full survey was carried out and suggestions were made to improve our system. The new fully monitored alarm turned out to be far better and cheaper than my previous supplier. The directors are very approachable and are always helpful and answer any questions.The service engineers are always on time and amazingly thorough by checking everything with great detail before leaving the house. After the visit you get a lengthy report on everything that has been carried out.
This is a top class company who really strive for perfection in every way.

WGC Alarms Ltd are great. They're always on the other end of the phone if we need them. We moved office's in 2019 where they carried out the install of our new alarm & CCTV systems. The changeover was seamless, and customer service great, so we asked them to carry out the annual compliance checks.
