I have had a very good experience dealing with everyone in this company. I had a roller garage door and new gates. They listened to what I wanted, worked with me on customised Gates, made with excellent attention to detail. Kept me informed of time scales and delays caused by Covid restrictions. The people installing the door and gates were courteous, helpful and informative. I'd definitely recommend them for exceptional quality workmanship and great customer service.

Garage door had dropped on the one side , couldn’t move it. Thought I’d use a local Company, glad I did. The receptionist said they couldn’t do it today but when I explained that rain was getting in and I was due to go out she said she would contact an engineer and see what they could do for me. Within 2 hours I had the door fixed by 2 very nice fitters. Excellent Company, Fair prices. I would certainly recommend them.

Company is on call to maintain our electric gates and security systems. There response is good.

My garage door unit, started beeping.
called Strobe, they attended the next day, replaced some batteries in the safety stop box and all was fixed.
The invoice was reasonable and I'm really happy with the service provided.
They fitted my roller garage door 18 months ago and would highly recommend.

Don't waste your time with Strobe. Took time out of my day for them to come round and quote for a new garage. They never actually provided the quote even after I called them to remind them. Poor pre sales service despite me being a serious potential customer. I will take my business to another local supplier.
