This company is contracted to Chorley Borough Council - I could not access my property (Fob System) and it took 3 weeks for me to get a replacement fob. I was locked out 11 times during this period, one of which being 6pm at night in the wind and rain with my 6 year old daughter who got a cold as a result. If this company has not got the resource to serve the existing contracts well I highly recommend you do not use them.

We all know what 5 star ratings without comments are.. everybody who felt compelled to make a comment was negative. EFT - stop trying to improve your rating and start improving your service instead.

A man named Ian was doing some work on a neighbour warehouse unit and parked his van completely across our units shutters blocking all access in and out for a full day, when confronted about his parking he just laughed and walked away, extremely rude and careless staff. Had to re-arrange 2 wagon deliveries and cost us hundreds of pounds in sales that couldn't go out due to not being able to take in the goods. Can provide CCTV if required.

Both emailed and phoned their sales team several times to get quote to upgrade on some fire doors. Despite repeated promises to get back to me (after I kept having to chase up them up), they never did bother getting back in touch. Complete waste of time.
