My 3 point door lock broke and had no part number. I took pictures and dimensions and sent it through to their experts. Within 24 hours they (Paul B) had sent a link to the product on Amazon that mas much less than I was expecting. He then followed up to confirm I was happy with the advice. This is how customer service should be done. Would definately use their products if buying new and recommend to others.

Dealing with yet another failed BS ERA nightlatch today!

Update following reply from ERA:
I didn't make myself very clear.
We are a firm of locksmiths and we have over a period of years expertly installed several hundred of these locks (possibly over 1000 of them).
The locks are systematically failing and we are now dealing with 2-3 per week that we are replacing at our own expense.
I was dealing with Nick Ambler by email but he became very dismissive and eventually stopped replying to my emails.

Top company to do business with, highly recommended!

Due to a slight technical issue my alarm (Mi-Guard G5), the company refunded me in FULL even though the item was over 6 months past the warranty period of a year. Extremely helpful and cannot fault the after sales customer service. Top notch company and a very, very happy ex-customer.

Just had dealings with ERA Customer Service which was amazing. Stuart Jones from ERA was absolutely top notch, pulling out all the stops to enable me to obtain a replacement bathroom door lock which was failing. It's a long time since I received such excellent service. Well done ERA and we'll done Stuart. He is a star!

I have Era Door bell camera for over 2 years now.i have sended back for repair 2 times and curently not working again.Era told us that due to their current update the door camera is not working with Samsung phones.
No returns possible as not bought direct from them.

First rate support service from this company.Had a problem with a sensor which occasionally happens wit electronic equipment. They responded quickly, worked through some simple problem solving procedures and when we identified the issue replaced it immediately. It is by the way a very simple system to set up even to a relatively non tech person like myself and I would thoroughly. Recommend. It and the Company

I purchased an external camera. Called them. Got information on app settings that were not publicised. Still didn't work. Was advised that they would call back and they didn't. Have emailed twice using their contact form and have heard nothing. This is not a company you should deal with. Buy another product.
