A ground floor wood beamed annex to the owner's house, comprising living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. A bargain compared to local hotels, it is 10 minutes walk from the centre of town, the train station, or the Bowlands Brewery. AirBnB reviews mention heating being a minor problem; we stayed in February 2019 when night time temperatures reached -2, and had no problems in the main rooms. The bathroom is the only unheated room. Kitchen has small fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, gas 4 ring stove and oven. Living Room had TV and DVD player and remote controlled gas fire. Glass sliding doors lead from living room to bedroom, which contains the boiler which causes some noise. Homely and welcoming accommodation.
