Nice functional house which can sleep up to 18 people. Good kitchen and garden plus easy to get to Portsmouth

I stayed at The Gallery in Gosport last month while visiting UK for a family wedding. I absolutely loved The Gallery - excellent décor, ample parking spots & windows in each room. The property is very well stocked with amenities and the art work across the entire house definitely added more flair to the accommodation. The only drawback was the dim lighting in the bedrooms on the top floor. Overall the property is very well maintained & the location is excellent for tourists. Would love to stay again at The Gallery.

Comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities, beautifully decorated with art and Xmas decor! Also good location about 10 mins away from town centre and harbour. Nice garden which has a trampoline perfect for kids / adults!

Nice but needs some serious maintenance. Dishwasher didn't work well and stopped working while we were there. Beds need replacing/updating, the mattress was not too bad but the base was solid which was very uncomfortable. Could really do with a couple of en suites with so nany bedrooms even if it was just a wash area. Decor was a bit tired so needs refreshing. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay but could be a lot better.

Good facilities, Now TV didn't work but didn't matter too much. NB if using a supplied travel cot, reference to bring your own bedding includes mattress for the travel cot otherwise will need to use a spare duvet for lil one to sleep on. Only the folding base is supplied. Otherwise all good, helpful staff at Complete Holiday Homes!

The location , size and service was great for this property but for a two week family vacation there were things that you should be aware of. I think the building was a business previously as the doors are still solid Fire doors that are heavy and awkward for younger family members. The facilities were suited to , in my opinion, large groups using it as a base rather than live in property.
Be aware that there are stairs to enter the property at both front and rear and the rear garden is basic in layout ( grassed area, a trampoline, and in the cornera bbq area).
The pool table is quite aged but fully usable and one tv in the lounge area. The WiFi was acceptable ( no issues) and a recently installed now tv box was also available.
one minor issue for us, was that the tv remote was an all for one so subtitles were not available.
Overall it met our needs but for us seemed more like a converted business that lost some homely appeal.
