Central Studios Albion Street/Gloucester Place

Was a good apartment very clean and tidy. The only downside is shared bathrooms, plus drainage issues cant staying in shower for 5 mins without the tray filling up.

Nice sized room and good amenities, only draw back is the shared bathroom.

Toilet area disgusting rang head office told me they not doing anything about it obviously the cleaners don't do there job. Dumping ground.

Hotel is spread over a small area of Cheltenham in several properties which, after finding the reception, the room was initially difficult to find. Receptionist and help number provided where helpful directing.

Room was fairly small (not a big problem) but it also contained the boiler for the hotel so was overly warm and noisey when others used the hot water.
Room was behind the bathroom so all noises can be made out.
Large gap around door and an over sensitive hall light meant alot of light leaking into the room.

This place was the most horrible experience we have had. We travel extensively and I have never had such issues with booking accom as this place. We booked and 30 mins later cancelled as the service given was not what we expected. We were told there was parking in 2 places near the accom but it was booked out so parking was not an option and if we could have parked we would have needed a bus to get us to the accom. We were told if we had trouble finding the room they would help as we had to collect the keys from another place. We had trouble finding it and told they were busy so no one was able to help us. We asked if they could relocate us but they were booked out so we optioned to cancel the booking and go somewhere else. I have sent several emails requesting a refund as this did not work out but they refuse. DO NOT BOOK with this company as they do not give an acceptable service.

If you need a place in the centre of the city that is not pricey this is ok. Some rooms are even nice. If you get lucky on booking.

Awful, had a very rude guy from the hotel phone my room at 4am... yes 4am telling me to turn my music down as I'm causing a disturbance, i informed him there must be a mistake as me and the missus had been asleep for hours and had not been playing music at all during our stay. Then he became rude and hostile with me, now surely if you get a noise complaint from a guest you would go and check it out in person to make sure you had the right room, and not just call them waffling a load of rubbish, especially at 4am.

Of course as a result of this i could not sleep and to add to this there was someone running up and down the stairs going to the toilet constantly, probably the real culprit of the disturbance but hey ho

Perfect for a place to stay on a night out. Huge apartment for the price.
