We couldn't have picked a better place! Faithful to the pictures provided, The Oak was a light, luxurious, comfortable haven located in a remote area, with the incredible Malvern Hills providing an awe-inspiring backdrop! We were given great directions to the property, and on our arrival received a complementary hamper, stuffed with local goods! What a treat! We also couldn't believe our luck, when we discovered a 3D TV with glasses and DVDs for our use!! The 4 poster bed is also worth a mention, and was such a romantic touch. The apartment is attached to the rest of the house, but this did not take away from our stay, as Claire and her family were wonderful and very respectful of our privacy. Furthermore it was incredibly helpful to have them nearby as we benefitted from their extensive local knowledge! Another plus was the private land owned by the family, which provides a peaceful wander through a gorgeous field & wood! All in all we loved it, and would recommend The Oak in an instant! We will be returning without a doubt!

Stylish, modern property in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable, clean and well kitted out, this property is convenient for exploring the wider area as well. Very professionally run by friendly hosts. Easy to access by car. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Jersey House in Cheltenham was a lovely family house. We were a group of mixed ages , grandparents down to under 1’s The house was very clean and bright with a swing and slide in the garden for the children as well as the most amazing selection of games and toys in the playroom. We ate mainly in the kitchen conservatory area as it was summer, but the dining room would be cosy for cooler days. The bathrooms were all large bright and very modern . We were within walking distance of Pitville park with its fabulous play area, the Lido and town centre. The host was very helpful even posting a toy rabbit back to its worried owner after we got home. A lovely home which I would thoroughly recommend.

Place looks great and reasonably priced... but 4 months after we booked it the owner Daniel contacted us trying to sell us 2 extra nights... then shortly after we didn’t take up his offer, he advised that the accommodation was doubled booked... he blamed Home Away who adamantly refute this... so he cancelled our holiday a week before and would not answer any of our phone calls... absolute joke of a business...
