I don't know whether there are showers on other floors, I didn't see one on the floor I was, so couldn't shower. A bath is not ideal for sharing. And also, the window was banging last night due to the wind, not air tight. Apart from that, yeah good. And also I recommend automatic taps in toilet area and also automatic toilet flash would be great too since there many people sharing the facilities. It's a good investment. Thank you

Staff was lovely - really, they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. But our superior double room was smelly and the shared bathrooms were nasty, probably due to a stag party next door. Shower didn't work properly on the 3rd floor - burning hot. It took us sometime to figure out the ones on the top floor were actually better / cleaner.

Clean place but they are charging you £10 for late check-in. Also towels are for rent not included!

No single sex separate shower and toilet blocks. We couldn't get other accommodation in Cheltenham at short notice and booked a room here without knowing there weren't single sex shower rooms. After being used to hotel rooms with ensuite bathrooms I found this too much to deal with so skipped the shower that night. Also our room was on 4th floor and there was no lift. One saving grace was it did have a laundry. Laundries in hotels are very hard to find.
