The alternative accommodation agency have been the saving grace during my year long household insurance claim. I would especially like to personally give HUGE thanks to Ethan Hales; for his warm, friendly and bubbly approach. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is an absolute credit to the company, giving a really personal touch to the service; by remembering the little details, having empathy and most importantly working super effienciently. Ethan was always thorough, delivered options and worked incredibly quickly to call back when he said he would! Thank you Ethan, your help was massively appreciated 🙏 😊

Everyone who I've dealt over the phone with has been very friendly, however I'd especially like to mention Natalie Shaw, who has just been incredible during what has been a pretty stressful time for us. Nothing has been too much trouble, communication has been excellent and she's been so kind and understanding every time I've spoken with her. Cannot thank you enough for getting things sorted so quickly.

Natalie was amazing! I’ve actually formed a friendship with someone who I’ve just spoken to over the phone. She was so helpful with my accommodation process. I’ve been in a lot of stress due to a bathroom leak and not having an additional bathroom and I needed some help finding some accommodation. Natalie has been an absolute superstar, we were a family stressed that we couldn’t find a temporary accommodation for Christmas due to a fire in our own house. From the minute she took over the search she worked her magic ensuring she could secure an appropriate property that we would be happy with. Liaising directly with the landlord and always keeping us up to date to ensure we felt supported that we would be in somewhere to celebrate Christmas as a family. I can’t thank her enough.

Can’t say enough about how good A3 are. Natalie Shaw is absolutely brilliant at her job. When my Mams house was flooded 2 weeks before Xmas and 5 main rooms destroyed with water she was left homeless so was staying with my brother in a one bedroomed flat on the second floor in a block of independent living for the over 40s. She didn’t have anywhere else to go (I live in a 3 bedroom house but there is 6 of us and two dogs) she also has stage 3 cancer and just has an operation 6weeks ago. There’s no space in the small flat at all and it isn’t somewhere my Mam could have stayed especially for the length of time it’s going to take to repair the property. The flood happened on the Friday (out of hours) and as promised Natalie rang me first thing on Monday morning. By Tuesday my mam was booked into emergency accommodation for over the Christmas period and also Natalie has arranged for her short term accommodation let for after therefore my mam is feeling a lot better than she was and it’s a huge relief to know she has somewhere to go and her own space. Throughout the whole thing Natalie kept in contact via calls and emails and she’s adorable to speak to. So caring thorough and fantastic in making sure the places were ok for my mam and if she was comfortable and happy in them. Luckily she found us a short term let literally around the corner from my mams house so we are thrilled. I would highly recommend A3 they (especially Natalie) go above and beyond to insure your looked after in a stressful situation. I can’t thank them enough 😊 L&B xx

Ethan has been so helpful at this difficult time and nothing was too much trouble for him. We have a lovely temporary home. Receptionist also very pleasant and helpful when answering the phone.
