Lovely cottage, right next to the broad, loads of nature, swans, herons, ducks all right there. Lovely lawn with nice lawn chairs to sit on and enjoy. Rooms in cottage are all lovely. Wifi is good, smart tv, big rain shower. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs.

Everything we needed beautiful cottage in a beautiful location very peaceful and quietly highly recommended would definitely book again 18th to 25th May 2019

It is so fun to go on boats and go to the pub

We just spent a week here and we were blown away by the location. Beautiful surroundings and all within reach of a nice couple of pubs, shops, deli etc.
Good facilities and space. I only took off 1 star because of the cleanliness and general information about the property. No info pack or instructions about Wi-Fi etc. We only found the router and Wi-Fi code by routing through cupboards and let me tell you, the worst possible place for a broadband router is right next to the fuse board. The interference and drop outs were very annoying.
Cleaning wise, it felt very dated and grubby. Some of the cupboards were full of cobwebs, the taps covered in limescale, kitchen tap went from 0 to all over the counter with the slightest turn and we could barely turn off the bathroom cold water tap.
Overall I would recommend highly, it just needs a bit of TLC and updating.
