An old Victorian school turned into a fantastic, comfortable family/group accommodation. The house was immaculately tidy and clean, the cupboards were very well equipped for self catering, even a herb and spice rack for the budding chef! There are 4 bedrooms and the house could easily sleep 10-12. I’d definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return in the future!

Just had a fabulous week at this School as our base. even if Lakeland was busy with half term and staycationors . Fabulous location great accommodation all mod cons and lovely quiet location below 2 wainwright Fells Sale and Ling Fell . I would definitely go back great for group of friends or extended families . Close to Cockermouth and Keswick . Several pubs for meals not too far away . Lots of wild life .2 owls visited every night hunting in scrub just over the road we sat outside watching them several times .saw Stoat chase the rabbits. cuckoo lots of birds . I want to retire to the area its bliss
