Very good. Great for large families or groups, with a reasonably warm pool. Games room has a pool / snooker table with lots of different sized cues, and there is also some kids stuff like a toy train set in there. Tasteful pictures and paintings in all bedrooms, and the original wooden support beams from the barn have been left in, creating a nice atmosphere. Farmland is big, with lots of empty fields for dogs to run around in! Would recommend to anyone.
