Positive: This property is superbly located in Farncombe, with the shops and station a five minute walk away. The flat was exactly as described, and had everything you needed for a great stay, including milk in the fridge, cooking essentials and toiletries. An added bonus was the amazing views out of the lounge and bedroom windows looking over rolling hills. Situated on a quiet street meant little traffic noise and nothing to disturb a peaceful stay! Ros, the owner was friendly and accommodating throughout.. Negative: The sofa is not the comfiest I've ever sat on, but there were plenty of scatter cushions which helped! There is no freezer so bear that in mind if you are staying a few days and planning on cooking frozen food, or buying ice etc. It is perfectly adequate for 1 person, but 2 people might find it a bit cosy, especially for more than a couple of nights, as there is only 2 rooms (plus the bathroom which leads off the bedroom). Having said that, the rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage and hanging space..

The whole apartment was well laid out, decorated and furnished. Everything was beautifully clean and the extra touches such as milk in the fridge, tea and coffee were nice to have. The bathroom was clean and well maintained and the shower was lovely. The kitchen area was well equipped and had everything needed to self-cater.

Positive: Great location close to the village centre, with the bonus of the train station that goes direct to London Waterloo or Portsmouth. Room had everything you could ask for and more.. Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Lovely pet friendly flat with everything just a few minutes away and with a great host as well.. Negative: Only issue for me was the high step at the entrance, Wife is registered disabled but I just lifted her up it..

Ros is such wonderful host and she paid attention to every details to make sure our stay as comfortable as possible. The flat was very clean and equipped with all the kitchen items we need for cooking. Ros even let me use her rice cooker for cooking some Chinese boiled rice. The location is excellent for us too. We were house hunting in Guilford and found it was so easy to catch the train or driving. I would highly recommend Ros’s accommodation.

Ros accomodation was a great choice and we will be back soon enough. The apartment was very clean and organised with a beautiful countryside view and vibe.
She was also kind enough to share her storage for our bikes and lend us a pump to wash them after our ride.
The communication was also very quick and polite.

Lovely place to stay, flats are well kitted out, has everything you need, rooms are well sized, the owners are lovely and friendly was very welcomed, we are a young small family and both kids enjoyed it, and couldn't have been more happier an it felt very homely, if anything was needed, the owners would have gotten it for us, we all enjoyed it that much we are booking to stay again, and will definitely recommend this to friends and family, local shops an a few parks just a stone throw away and amazing views xx👍🏻🙂😊
