Lovely little cottage. Very well appointed spacious public rooms and cozy country bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and stylish bathrooms. The gardens are nicely laid out with areas for kids to play and adults to relax.
Updated post stay: As initial impression great holiday cottage in a lovely location. Well laid out, good size quiet little spot (even with proximity to the garden nursery). Aga cooking was great fun, though with heating on too, the whole house became a bit stuffy, turned heading off and Aga alone was sufficient to keep most all the cottage cozy.
Only criticisms were: -central heating thermostat completely inaccurate (out by about 5 degrees and terrible lag) -the downstairs shower, which should have been luxurious, wasn't working properly, difficult to maintain a constant temperature, this was partially due to hot water running out (until water heating set to constant) but also thermostatic valve didn't work -the TV was a rather small, definitely cheap model that didn't suit the otherwise quality feel (didn't watch a lot of TV but still would have been nice to have a good option) -last and only serious issue was the garden well. I didn't see any words of caution highlighting this very deep working well (i.e. contains water). A pretty reasonable effort has been made to cover securely however should really be highlighted as something children should stay clear of. These small criticisms shouldn't distract (even the last one so long as you know) from what is a fantastic little holiday cottage in a great location.

Really nice cottage. Plenty of space inside & out. Very clean & well maintained. Very relaxing holiday let. Google location for exploring East coast Ipswich to Lowestoft.
