I visit Exeter regularly from New York and this is by far the best apartment I have come across in the city. It is unusual to find such a well appointed apartment in such a convenient location for walking into the city centre. The facilities, including a small but well stocked gym, are immaculate. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple or family of four, fitted with high end appliances and very well maintained. We found the process of check in and check out very straightforward, and the hosts are very reliable and organised which is particularly important when arriving from abroad. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Exeter in this price range, this is the place.

This roomy two-bedroom condominium is the perfect place to stay in Exeter. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need to make a fine meal, the rooms are super clean, and the hosts couldn't be more accommodating. It's an easy jaunt to the town center, the quay, and the University of Exeter. It was one of the highlights of our stay, returning to a place that felt like home.

The location in the centre of Exeter is ideal as a base for exploring the city and further afield. The apartment is well set up with clean rooms, secure parking and a gym.
