Empire Serviced Apartments

Decent size but awful location, noisy, staff unhelpful, no a/c, over priced for what it is, blinds broken, rarely got hot water, plugs didnt work, dirty, didnt advertise that a £250 deposit would be required. Uncomfortable bed, Would not return.
