Animal friendly, down to earth and homely, all classic clichés that suit these properties down to the ground. You will not be disappointed by either the welcome or the quality of the cottages. Gail & Peter work extremely hard to make your holiday as stress free and relaxing as possible. All the family including your animals are totally welcome. We turned up with our 12 year old Labbie and a cat; Gail fed them both while we were out rambling in the glorious surrounding hills and valleys...what incredible service and yes...we went back....the cottages are well equipped regardless if you go in the Winter or Summer. We went in June and late October. Welsh Autumns can be very cool but the cottage have wood-burner heaters to keep you warm...very romantic! You also get a great Welcome Pack of local goods......can't wait to go back again!

Stayed in Severn Retreat one of the best self catering cottages l have stayed in over the past 40 years. Well situated for exploring mid wales, very clean with the little extras that make a welcoming difference milk in the fridge packs of biscuits and a bag of treats for the dog.
