Coed Mawr Hall & Cottages

We had a wonderful stay at Coed Mawr Hall, which is a beautiful period property in the tiny village of Rowen. Andrew gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our room which was clean, spacious and very very nice. The bathroom was huge and the roll top bath fantastic. Breakfast was also great and the honesty bar a nice touch. I couldn't really find any faults! Would love to come again.

We have just got back from a week staying in one of the cottages.
We enjoyed every minute.
Situated at the end of a long private drive the views are stunning.
Only 5-10 mins to conway and 2 minutes to conway water gardens.
The accommodation was lovely and we were well looked after throughout.
We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely weeks holiday hiring the Coed Mawr Hall for 7 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, bathrooms stocked with toilet rolls, small toiletries and towels included, rooms were beautiful (ensuite in every room plus a family bathroom downstairs) beds very comfortable, two seating rooms, large dining room plus a table in the kitchen and a fabulous hot tub outside in the secure garden which we used in every weather!
Locally a pub only a short walk away, plenty of walks, and easy driving distance from lots of local attractions and little seaside towns.
Owners lived onsite and should we have needed anything they were very easy to approach.

Beth and Andrew were the most perfect hosts and made our stay at Coed Mawr Hall B&B one to remember. We felt so welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. It is a striking building which can be seen from 1/2 down the road, and their clear instructions made it easy to find. Breakfast each morning was to a very high standard and 2 weeks on my boyfriend is still talking about the halloumi bagel! We stayed in the Classroom which was so comfortable and perfectly designed. The location was quiet and we could hear the waterfalls behind the house.

We certainly would recommend this B&B and hope to return again soon.

Where to start…. The property itself is absolutely stunning and extremely clean! Rooms are beautiful and have a lovely rustic feel with a incredible view. The breakfast provided is the best we have ever had travelling, really nice fresh food and ample choice… it’s impossible to leave hungry. The owners are really friendly and welcoming, offering helpful advice and going out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I honestly couldn’t recommend this B&B highly enough. Thanks again.

Perfect in all aspects, Beth and Andrew the hosts are very welcoming and the breakfast is also very good. 10 minutes to Conwy, lovely walks. The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Free parking, great views.

The best weekend away with our whole family...the house is perfect for adults and children and everything well thought out. Felt like a home from home. Stunning location and great hosts. We will certainly be back. Thanks for having us x
