It's lovely place with good facilities . All what you possibly need is there.
You can do BBQ, lots of space and equipment. Beautiful area and easy access to places. Very relaxing atmosphere. Recommend for families with kids or just couples.

Everything was amazing. The house is beautiful and in a beautiful and peaceful location. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, from cleaning products to toiletries to sandwich bags and bottled water! Having a one year old the tavel cot and stair gate was a great help, theres baby toys and board games and books. The utility room was great to use after days at the beach and muddy forest. Theres a large amount of leaflets and information about the local and surrounding areas. I could go on and on. I dont think there is anything they could add to make it better. Eva and Rowan were lovely, thank you for making our stay so special.

Wonderful and Homely holiday stay. Owner was accommodating to late arrival and the place was spotless and comfortable. Little out of the way to major shops but the local shop has a wide and diverse range of products available. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with all what we need to relax and chill. Cosy beds, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace in the living room.

Absolutely loved this place. Clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect location right near Brechfa Forest and just a short drive to Carmarthen, Lampeter and the Coast. Would definitely stay again. The village shop excellent for your milk and eggs and open in the evening.

Llys y Coed is a wonderful holiday home from home. Everything you need is provided.
Don't be fooled by the 'garden view' description; the two main bedrooms and the dining room have the most beautiful backdrop of the Cothi Valley, stunning!
There is lots to do nearby and Carmarthen is not too far to drive to. There's a great little shop in Brechfa that has the essential things.
Very sad to leave this perfect spot.

Fabulous house, fabulous stay, 3 large bedrooms and more than enough room to have your own bit of space. Lovely garden does need a bit of landscaping, but very peaceful, nearest takeaways are in Carmarthen but kitchen facilities are great if you want to self cater, I choose not to as it was my holiday too.

The house is amazing, very clean and homey. Complete with everything you need. We did enjoy our stay and would want to go back next time.
