We had a great time in Pembrokshire and very much enjoyed our stay at Emma's cottage. It was perfect for my partner and I, and our 11 month old daughter. The farm was peaceful and calm, and we enjoyed our sunny breakfasts out in the garden while the baby crawled around on the grass. The cottage was perfect in every way and we loved relaxing by the wood-burner at the end of the day. Highly recommended for a weekend away. We ate well in the surrounding restaurants and pubs and went for the most delightful walks on the coastal paths. Emma is an incredibly warm, gracious, and generous host and she made sure we had a totally relaxing time.

We stayed in the Corn Loft. A beautiful barn conversion, with lovely views across Pembrokeshire countryside. A heated floor, comfy beds, cosy sitting area and well appointed kitchen and a great garden for dogs. Emma and Mark and their girls were lovely hosts. What was not mentioned on the website, and is a hidden gem, is the St David’s airfield which is disused from WW2 and is now a marvellous natural area just a short walk away - perfect for an early morning, evening or even a longer walk during the day! These cottages are a lovely find and we would highly recommend them. We hope to be back - when the micro-brewery is up and running - which again will be in a beautifully restored building. Thank you!

We spent a week at the Corn Loft at the end of August and had a wonderful time. The barn has been lovingly converted with loads of original features, but alsoa 5* bathroom and underfloor heating. Great location just outside the town centre but close to Whitesands. Emma and Mark are lovely hosts and so is Bertie the dog...Can't wait to return!

Well appointed accommodation in converted farm buildings. Great for exploring St Davids and Pembrokeshire. Also a micro brewery being built on site, so no shortage of excellent fresh beer.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at St David’s Farmhouse Cottages. We stayed at the Corn Loft which was perfect in every way. The quiet location within a working farm with a micro brewery just one mile from St David’s was excellent. We were within easy reach of the most spectacular coastal walks and excellent cafes and restaurants. The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion with a well equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, walk in shower, jacuzzi bath, wood burning stove, comfortable beds and a secure garden overlooking the Pembrokeshire countryside. Emma, Mark and their dog Betty were attentive and welcoming hosts. We felt very much at home and can’t wait to return.

What a fantastic find! We've just returned from a short stay at St David's Country Cottages. It's a great base for walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. 5 minutes from St David's in a quiet, secluded working farm just off the main Haverfordwest to Fishguard Road.
We stayed in the Ploughshed, which is a luxury conversion. The weather mostly was perfect for walking, but when the rain came (and the rain came with a vengeance) the 3 room cottage was the ideal bolthole for hunkering down.
Living in the city, there is nothing as relaxing a watching the cows chew the cud at the end of the garden whilst sipping on a glass of wine, or a bottle of beer from the beautifully restored microbrewery.
We didn't get a chance to try the brewery in the Old Farmhouse, but had a spy at the venue, which looks like a great place to wind down.
I also enjoyed a short, but muddy, stroll to the exclusive St David's Airfield just behind the cottages.
Thanks Mark and Emma for your warm welcome, and for sharing your lovely home.

I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion as we've recently returned from an absolutely fantastic week at St David's Country Cottages. The Ploughshed was the perfect accommodation for our family of three (myself, wife and 16 month old son).

On first arrival the attention to detail was easy to note, the cottage was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable nights sleep. It also has a luxurious wetroom and whirlpool bath.
The terrace and back garden is relaxing, peaceful and also secure (so we could let our toddler run around on his own!). All set in the grounds of a working farm with views over the rolling countryside.

Mark and Emma are wonderful, attentive, hard working and accommodating hosts and its easy to see how much effort they've put into the farm, cottages and new brewery (we bought some beer to take home as well which has gone down very well!)

It's around a 5 minute drive into the centre of St Davids, and there are lots of things to do within a 10 minute drive. It also has walking access to St David's airfield which is now a conservation area. We walked through here to get to the picturesque village of Solva.

All in all a fantastic and relaxing stay. I wouldn't hesitate to anybody, and we hope to be back in the future.
